ב בָּזֹאת נֵדַע כִּי אוֹהֲבִים אָנוּ אֶת יַלְדֵי אֱלֹהִים׃ בִּהְיוֹתֵנוּ אוֹהֲבִים אֶת אֱלֹהִים וּמְקַיְּמִים אֶת מִצְווֹתָיו.
1 John 5:2
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments. (NASB)
Notice how loving God and others involves obeying God’s commands according to 1 John 5:2. The reason being we couldn’t love God and love others if we didn’t obey his Torah. So the question is why do some who obey Torah have so much hatred towards others? That’s a good question some should ask themselves, right? We are God’s children if we keep his Torah and love others. This is a powerful truth! The Torah has not passed away.
