Mark 3:3–4
ג את אָמַר אֶל הָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יָדוֹ יְבֵשָׁה׃ ״עֲמֹד בָּאֶמְצַע!״ ד פָּנָה אֲלֵיהֶם וְשָׁאַל׃ ״הַאִם מֻתָּר לְהֵיטִיב בְּשַׁבָּת אוֹ לַעֲשׂוֹת רָעָה? לְהַצִּיל נֶפֶשׁ אוֹ לַהֲרֹג?״ אַךְ הֵם שָׁתְקוּ
Mark 3:3–4 3 And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth. 4 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace. (KJV)
Yeshua asked the rhetorical question of whether one should do good or evil on the Shabbat. The point is he was dealing with the issues of the Torah. The Torah has not passed away.
