Bits of Torah Truths – Paul Concludes from the Torah in 1 Corinthians 15:21-22 – Episode 93

1 Corinthians 15:21–22

1 Corinthians 15:21–22
21 For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive. (NASB)

What we note about 1 Corinthians 15:21 is how Paul draws upon the creation account (Bereshit / Genesis 3) in his conclusions about the Messiah. Paul refers to when sin entered the world through disobedience (Adam) and how life came into the world through obedience (Yeshua’s). Again we note the validity of the Torah for us today, and for understanding the Messiah.
