Paul taught saying “Let Rebels to truth be accursed.” (1 Cor. 16:22; Gal. 1: 8-9) The Torah contains several passages that emphasize the consequences of rejecting divine truth and rebelling against God’s commandments. For example, Deuteronomy 27:26 “Cursed is anyone who does not uphold the words of this law by carrying them out.” This verse highlights the idea that rejecting God’s law leads to being accursed, similar to Paul’s warning in 1 Corinthians 16:22 and Galatians 1:8-9. Deuteronomy 28:15-68 outlines the curses that will come upon Israel if they turn away from God’s commandments. It reinforces the idea that rebellion against divine truth leads to severe consequences. Exodus 32:33 states, “Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot out of My book.” This passage demonstrates how rejecting God’s truth can lead to exclusion from His covenant, much like Paul’s warning about being anathema (accursed). And Numbers 16:26-33, the story of Korah’s rebellion is a dramatic example of what happens to those who reject God’s truth. Korah and his followers rebelled against Moses and God’s authority, and they were swallowed by the earth as a sign of divine judgment. These passages reflect the Torah’s strong stance against rebellion and falsehood, aligning with Paul’s warnings in the NT. This is how Paul and the NT text taught Torah, the Torah has not passed away!
