In this week\u2019s study from Tehillim \/ Psalms 136:1-26<\/span><\/em>, the psalm opens saying \u05d0 \u05d4\u05d5\u05b9\u05d3\u05d5\u05bc \u05dc\u05b7\u05d9\u05d4\u05b9\u05d5\u05b8\u05d4 \u05db\u05bc\u05b4\u05d9-\u05d8\u05d5\u05b9\u05d1 \u05db\u05bc\u05b4\u05d9 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05d5\u05b9\u05dc\u05b8\u05dd \u05d7\u05b7\u05e1\u05b0\u05d3\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9: \u05d1 \u05d4\u05d5\u05b9\u05d3\u05d5\u05bc \u05dc\u05b5\u05d0\u05dc\u05b9\u05d4\u05b5\u05d9 \u05d4\u05b8\u05d0\u05b1\u05dc\u05b9\u05d4\u05b4\u05d9\u05dd \u05db\u05bc\u05b4\u05d9 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05d5\u05b9\u05dc\u05b8\u05dd \u05d7\u05b7\u05e1\u05b0\u05d3\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9: \u05d2 \u05d4\u05d5\u05b9\u05d3\u05d5\u05bc \u05dc\u05b7\u05d0\u05b2\u05d3\u05b9\u05e0\u05b5\u05d9 \u05d4\u05b8\u05d0\u05b2\u05d3\u05b9\u05e0\u05b4\u05d9\u05dd \u05db\u05bc\u05b4\u05d9 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05d5\u05b9\u05dc\u05b8\u05dd \u05d7\u05b7\u05e1\u05b0\u05d3\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9: 136:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, For His lovingkindness is everlasting. 136:2 Give thanks to the God of gods, For His lovingkindness is everlasting. 136:3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords, For His lovingkindness is everlasting. (NASB)<\/span><\/em> Note how the lovingkindness (Grace) of God that is everlasting is repeated on every line of the psalms. The Psalmist continues saying, \u05d3 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05b9\u05e9\u05b5\u05b9\u05d4 \u05e0\u05b4\u05e4\u05b0\u05dc\u05b8\u05d0\u05d5\u05b9\u05ea \u05d2\u05bc\u05b0\u05d3\u05b9\u05dc\u05d5\u05b9\u05ea \u05dc\u05b0\u05d1\u05b7\u05d3\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9 \u05db\u05bc\u05b4\u05d9 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05d5\u05b9\u05dc\u05b8\u05dd \u05d7\u05b7\u05e1\u05b0\u05d3\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9: \u05d4 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05b9\u05e9\u05b5\u05b9\u05d4 \u05d4\u05b7\u05e9\u05bc\u05c1\u05b8\u05de\u05b7\u05d9\u05b4\u05dd \u05d1\u05bc\u05b4\u05ea\u05b0\u05d1\u05d5\u05bc\u05e0\u05b8\u05d4 \u05db\u05bc\u05b4\u05d9 \u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05d5\u05b9\u05dc\u05b8\u05dd \u05d7\u05b7\u05e1\u05b0\u05d3\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9: 136:4 To Him who alone does great wonders, For His lovingkindness is everlasting; 136:5 To Him who made the heavens with skill, For His lovingkindness is everlasting; (NASB)<\/span> <\/em>In the Psalm, David praises the Lord listing the miracles He has done, he is the creator (136:7), he made the heavens, the sun and the moon (136:8-9<\/span><\/em>), He struck the Egyptians killing their first born (136:10<\/span><\/em>), He brought a nation out of another nation (136:11), He performs miracles on behalf of His people (136:12-14<\/span><\/em>), He overthrew the Egyptian army (136:15<\/span><\/em>), He led Israel through the wilderness (136:16<\/span><\/em>), and He defeated great kings and armies (136:17-20<\/span><\/em>).
