Arouse Yourself to help me, and see! 59:5 You, O Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel, Awake to punish all the nations; Do not be gracious to any who are treacherous in iniquity. Selah. (NASB)<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 He describes the wicked as those who howl as dogs (<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">59:6<\/span><\/em>) and who use there words like swords in their lips (<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">59:7<\/span><\/em>).\u00a0 The Lord laughs at the nations (<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">59:8<\/span><\/em>), and David sees the Lord as his strength (<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">59:9<\/span><\/em>), in His mercy He lets him look upon his enemies with triumph (<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">59:10<\/span><\/em>), and he asks the Lord to bring down the nations in a way so it is not forgotten (<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">59:11<\/span><\/em>).
