Paul ties this to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u201cthe measure of faith God has assigned,\u201d<\/em><\/span> echoing Torah themes where God, not personal achievement, defines identity, calling, and capacity. Just as Israel was warned not to attribute success to its own righteousness or strength, Paul warns the Roman believers not to overestimate themselves within the body of Messiah.
