For example, the Torah emphasizes the importance of aligning one&#8217;s thoughts and actions with God&#8217;s will, which parallels the NT concept of having the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>&#8220;mind of Christ&#8221;<\/em><\/span> in Philippians 2:5. Here are some key Torah passages that reflect this idea: Deuteronomy 6:4-5 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>&#8220;Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.&#8221;<\/em><\/span> This passage highlights the call to fully dedicate one&#8217;s mind and heart to God. Genesis 22:8 Abraham&#8217;s faith and obedience demonstrate a mindset of trust in God&#8217;s plan, foreshadowing the selfless humility seen in Christ. And Exodus 19:5-6 God calls Israel to be a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>&#8220;kingdom of priests and a holy nation,&#8221;<\/em><\/span> emphasizing the transformation of the mind and heart to reflect divine holiness. Proverbs\u00a04:23\u00a0states <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>&#8220;Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.&#8221;<\/em><\/span> This aligns with the idea that one&#8217;s thoughts shape actions, much like Paul&#8217;s exhortation in Philippians.
