The Torah does not explicitly address the concept of limiting the number of people speaking in tongues, in the practice of speaking in tongues, however, the Torah does emphasize order, structure, and clarity in worship and communication. Take the following examples, Exodus 18:25-26 describes Moses appointing leaders to help govern the people, ensuring that decisions were made in an orderly fashion. Numbers 11:16-17 speaks of God instructing Moses to gather seventy elders to assist in leading Israel, emphasizing structured leadership. Deuteronomy 1:15-17 highlights the importance of organized judgment and governance, ensuring that communication and decision-making were clear and effective. These passages reflect the broader biblical principle of maintaining order in communal and religious settings, which aligns with Paul’s instruction in 1 Corinthians 14:27 that speaking in tongues should be done in an orderly manner. This is how Paul and the NT teaches Torah, the Torah has not passed away!

Bits of Torah Truths – Torah Concept in the NT: Torah Concept in the NT: Let No more than 3 Speak in Tongues – Episode 515 1 Corinthians 14:27 אִם מְדַבְּרִים בְּלָשׁוֹן, יְדַבְּרוּ שְׁנַיִם אוֹ שְׁלוֹשָׁה, לֹא יוֹתֵר; זֶה אַחַר זֶה יְדַבְּרוּ וְאֶחָד יְפָרֵשׁ. #torah #torahwisdom #torahtruth #torahforlife #torah4you #torahtruth 1 Corinthians 14:27 14:27 If anyone speaks in a tongue, it should be by two […]

[48,34

0":"post-23633","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-bits-of-torah-truths","8":"category-video
["GET
