However, there are related principles regarding hospitality, contentment, and the importance of maintaining good relationships with one’s hosts. For example, in Genesis 18, we see an example of hospitality when Abraham warmly welcomes three visitors and provides them with food and rest. This passage emphasizes the value of hospitality and caring for guests, which is a recurring theme in the Torah. Another related concept is found in Deuteronomy 24:10-13, which includes commands about lending and the proper treatment of one’s neighbor, reflecting the importance of fairness, respect, and maintaining good relationships within the community. While the specific instruction of not moving from house to house is unique to the context of Yeshua sending out his disciples, the Torah contains broader teachings on hospitality, respect for others, and contentment, which resonate with the underlying principles of Yeshua’s instruction. This is how Yeshua taught Torah, the Torah has not passed away!

Bits of Torah Truths – Torah Concept in the NT: Go Not from House to House – Episode 439 #torah #torahwisdom #torahtruth #torahforlife #torah4you #torahtruth Luke 10:7 10:7 “Stay in that house, eating and drinking what they give you; for the laborer is worthy of his wages.
