(NASB) <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept of being subject one to another in 1 Peter 5:5 is indeed present in the Torah. For example, the Torah teaches the concept of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u201cKol Yisrael arevim zeh bazeh\u201d<\/em><\/span> (All of Israel are responsible for one another). This principle implies a sense of mutual responsibility and interconnectedness among the community \/ family of God. Leviticus 19:18 states, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u201cYou shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.\u201d<\/em><\/span> This verse emphasizes the importance of treating others with respect and kindness, similar to the concept of being subject to one another. In addition, the study of Torah itself is seen as a way of connecting to others and to God. When a man studies Torah, his mind grasps the subject in Torah and makes it a part of his life. This process of learning and understanding can foster a sense of humility and mutual respect.
