(KJV) <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Here in 1 Peter 4:11 Peter taught to speak as the Oracles of YHWH (Hebrews 5:12, Acts 7:38, Roman&#8217;s 3:2) This phrase emphasizes that when we communicate, especially in public preaching or teaching, we should do so with authority and conviction. The term <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u201coracles\u201d<\/em><\/span> refers to divine revelations or pronouncements which signifies that a message originated from God. Just as Moses received divine revelations (Sefer Shemot, Acts 7:38), we, too, are mouthpieces for God\u2019s Word. The Torah contains accounts of prophets receiving divine revelations. Moses, for instance, received the Ten Commandments directly from God (Exodus 20). These prophetic utterances were considered God\u2019s oracles.
