To day if ye will hear his voice, 95:8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, And as in the day of temptation in the wilderness: (KJV) <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The author of Hebrews 4:7 quotes from Psalms 95:7-8 which again appeals to the Torah concerning the rebellion of the Israelites in the wilderness in Bamidbar \/ Numbers 14:20-35. Here the Psalm calls us sheep in God\u2019s pasture, and so we should be obedient to the Lord, and not rebellious like those in the wilderness.
