(KJV) <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Here in Hebrews 4:3 the author of the book of Hebrews quotes from Psalms 95:11 which refers to the rebellion of the Israelites in the wilderness and failure to enter the Promised Land according to Bamidbar \/ Numbers\u00a014:20-35. Here the Lord God declares that none of the generation that left Egypt, except Caleb and Joshua, will enter the land. The rest is that rest that God gives His people.
