(KJV) <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Here in 2 Corinthians 9:9 Paul touches on Deuteronomy\u00a024:19\u00a0and Psalm 112:9 on the graciousness of God to the poor. This text demonstrates how the Torah and the Tanakh are not irrelevant for understanding the NT text. In fact, the commands regarding the poor are still valid for us today.
