Paul is very cryptic in how he writes it can be a little confusing taking a simple read of the text. The point is that the non-Jewish person who is in the Messiah is under the Torah in the Messiah. This is an important observation since the Torah has not passed away for God&#8217;s people. Here Paul is explaining how God&#8217;s Torah is an important part of the lives of God&#8217;s people.
