Here Paul uses Deuteronomy 25:4 in 1 Corinthians 9:9-12. Paul&#8217;s midrash is about partaking in the work they have done for the gospel, like the ox he should get paid. However, he has not taken money in payment for his preaching in order to Not hinder the gospel.
