He also said that he didn\u2019t come to change the Torah. He was consistent with the Pharisaic belief that the Oral Torah was given to Moses along with the Written Torah at Mount Sinai. The scriptures in the book of Exodus supports this that there was an Oral Teaching given to Moses from God. The Written Torah is incomplete without the Oral Torah.
